Every part of the body is used and subject to attack. Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on striking as a means of self-defence. It combines combat techniques, sport, exercise, meditation, and philosophy. We emphasize the development of character, restraint and self-awareness through vigorous physical training and attention to traditional martial arts values. Students can start as early as the age 2 or as late as the age of 70 and black belt can be accomplished by anyone with the willingness and the dedication to persevere and succeed.
Wing Chung is a Chinese martial art and form of self-defence utilizing both striking and grappling while specializing in close-range combat. It widely spread around the world through the late martial arts superstar Bruce Lee and the popular Ip Man movies. Our training builds a student’s fighting attributes through disciplined exercise and partner training.

Yongmude is a modern, hybrid martial art that combines techniques from taekwondo, hapkido, judo and wrestling. The guiding principle of yongmudo is flexibility of response to use an attacker’s force against themselves. We encourage mummies to stay healthy even whilst pregnant. Prenatal yoga builds strength, stamina and endurance. We introduce postures to improve circulation, and breathing techniques to encourage the body to relax. Our approach is gentle but at the same time beneficial to better prepare welcoming their child into the world.
This series of classes is designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga. The practice will focus on developing strength, balance and flexibility as well the safe techniques and alignments in the yoga asanas (poses). Pranayama (breathing exercises) can also be included to encourage an air of calmness. These basic techniques will help build a strong core foundation.
Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as
